Unlicensed psychologists starting their careers can complete their clinical supervised hours at DSH.

U: $8,673 – $10,373 / month
V: $10,238 – $12,571 / month

9839 SENIOR PSYCHOLOGIST

(HEALTH FACILITY) (SPECIALIST)

Pay range $10,257 – $13,201 / month
Max for Senior Psych (Specialist): $158,412 / year

*RETENTION BONUS

For Senior Psychologist (Health Facility) (Specialist) 9839 and Psychologist (Health Facility-Clinical Safety) 9873:

All employees shall be eligible for retention payment as provided below:

After 12 consecutive QPP — 1% of base salary
After 24 consecutive QPP — 2% of base salary
After 36 consecutive QPP — 3% of base salary
After 48 consecutive QPP — 4% of base salary
After 60 consecutive QPP — 5% of base salary
After 72 consecutive QPP — 6% of base salary
After 84 consecutive QPP — 7% of base salary

[Excludes Senior Psychologist (Health Facility) (Supervisor) 9831]
